I always write about myself as a person living with multiple chronic illnesses (rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, Graves’ disease, high blood pressure, and disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis), but today I am going in another direction. My beautiful dog, Georgia Grace is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who also lives with debilitating chronic illnesses. We make a chronic dynamic duo and this is our story…..

I love this blog. As I have told you before my little dog Samantha was a bundle of issues. Whatever she could have she seemed to have. I miss her so much, and the crazy thing was that I think of her almost every day since her passing. I miss her so much.

It’s amazing how deeply rooted our pets become in our lives. I realize that my life totally revolves around Georgia and her medical needs. I really want people to be aware of the medical needs of cavaliers. Georgia’s book is coming out this year.
